Rachelle spent years as a BCBA at other ABA companies, watching the same pattern repeat. Families bounced between coordinators. Therapists were assigned by who was available, not who would fit. Parents asked clinical questions and got logistical answers.
She kept a running list of what she would do differently if it were her own practice. When she and Avi started RightWay ABA, that list became the operating manual.
Our connection to this work goes back further than the company. Avi grew up with a cousin on the spectrum and spent eight years with Friendship Circle, a nonprofit supporting families touched by autism. Years later he ran into that family again. The boy he used to sit with, now grown and mostly nonverbal, looked up and said his name. For Avi, this was never a business he decided to enter. It is one he grew up inside.

She personally oversees clinical standards across every case, hires and mentors our BCBAs, and stays close enough to the work to still know our families by name.

Avi came to ABA from the outside. Years of operations consulting taught him what good systems look like, and what broken ones cost the people inside them. He kept hearing the same complaints from parents in ABA, paperwork, scheduling, no one returning calls, and saw that none of it had to be that way.
