We reach out to the family within one business day.
When you refer a family, you’re vouching for what happens next. Here’s what your families experience on the other side of this form.
Families in this field are used to submitting forms into silence. Ours get a call from a real member of our team within one business day. Every time.
Our admin team is made up of former behavior technicians and BCBAs. The person who answers understands autism, insurance, and what the family is going through, because they've done this work.
We verify benefits, submit authorizations, and follow up on anything denied. ABA therapy is a covered benefit under New Jersey law, and we make sure families receive what they're entitled to.
RightWay ABA is owned and led by a BCBA. Supervision prioritizes in-person involvement, with telehealth used when it fits the case, and families work with a consistent team throughout.
No black hole. Here’s the exact path from your submission to the family’s first session.
Within one business day, a member of our clinical team reaches out, listens to the family's story, and answers their questions. These calls are unhurried on purpose.
We verify benefits, complete intake, and schedule a BCBA assessment. The family knows where they stand at every step.
Sessions start in-home or at one of our centers, whichever fits the family's life. Most families begin within 2 to 5 weeks of your referral.
If a family looks to you for guidance after a diagnosis, this page is for you.
We keep referring providers in the loop as the family moves through intake, and we coordinate care once therapy begins. That includes IEP calls, updates to treating providers, and alignment with speech, OT, and PT goals.
We also want to learn from you. Tell us about the assessments you run and the programs you offer, so when families call us first, we can point them to you with real context. Collaboration should move in both directions.
